our goal is Progress, for you! where you’ll feel safer, more confident, understand what causes crashes, sketchy riding and be able to ride faster while having more fun.
LA ROOST emerged to address the gap in adult coaching in the area, initially conceived during the pursuit of the French mountain bike instructors qualification (DEJEPS). It became clear that there were few options for adults seeking structured mountain bike coaching in the Chamonix valley.
We are proud to connect local people to learn and ride together, share good times and have fun on bikes, no matter of age or ability, you will meet new people, find friends to ride with and discover new places.
LA ROOST Guiding and Coaching
We’re independent Guides offering Mountain bike coaching and guiding in Chamonix and a diverse range of services, including guided and coaching sessions, both private and group, multi-day trips, and bespoke getaways in the incredible Chamonix Valley and surrounding areas.
Our mission is to provide individuals with accessible biking skill development through our professional coaching and guiding services. Our experienced instructors foster skill development, confidence, and, above all, a love for mountain biking.
